Research Topic

Geodynamics, Geophysics, Geomorphology: Crustal structure of convergent plate boundaries; Acquisition, analysis and modeling of gravity and seismic data. Deformation of continental lithosphere; numerical modelling (thermo-mechanical). Morphotectonics; active faults and associated surface ruptures mapping, dating of quaternary geomorphologic features (in-situ 10Be, 14C), geodetics (leveling, kinematic and static GPS). Analysis of core samples and geophysicical borehole data.
